When calculating the days prior to sailing, the day of sailing should not be considered as one of the days. The day of sailing is considered the first day of the cruise, therefore, the penalty period will commence one day prior to the day of sailing.

If you or anyone traveling with you wishes to cancel your/their cruise or flights, you must immediately give notice to us or your travel agent so that your agent can give us notice of cancellation on your behalf.
The cruise and flights will only be deemed cancelled from the date we actually receive notice of cancellation from you or your travel agent. Insurance premiums and or amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Kindly note that as of 1 June 2022, there will be phasing out of the FCC portion of the NRD (Non-Refundable Deposit). It will no longer automatically be issued when an NRD booking cancels outside of final payment for any bookings. Anyone who books on or after 31 May 2022 on NRD rates and chooses to cancel the booking will not receive an FCC for the portion of deposit, the entire deposit will be retained as penalty.

Gratuities

Celebrity automatically adds gratuities** to guests’ onboard SeaPass® account, except for guests in Excluded Bookings*, as defined below, in the following amounts for sailings commencing on or after July 11, 2023:

$18.00 USD per person, per day for Inside, Ocean View, and Veranda staterooms

$18.50 USD per person, per day for Concierge Class and AquaClass staterooms

$23.00 USD per person, per day for guests of The Retreat.

A 20% gratuity will be added to all beverages, mini bar purchases and beverage packages. Gratuities may be adjusted at the guest’s discretion onboard at Guest Relations.

*Excluded Bookings include all staterooms booked either (i) at the All Included rate (formerly Always Included); or (ii) in the Retreat or AquaClass stateroom category on or after July 14, 2022. Stateroom and restaurant service gratuities, and a 20% beverage package gratuity, are included in the fare of all guests in an Excluded Booking.

FOR ALL BOOKINGS: Gratuities for stateroom and restaurant services are shared by dining, bar and culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams. An 18% gratuity will be added to all spa and salon purchases. A 20% gratuity will be added to all specialty dining and room service onboard.

Pregnancy

Celebrity Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or Cruisetour. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

MinorAccompany

Infants must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruisetour. On some cruises/Cruisetours, infants must be 12 months old.

Camp at Sea is the only fully customizable kids cruise program in the industry. With over 500 activities to participate in, the schedule changes every sailing depending on the interests of the young cruisers. From arts and recreation to science and technology, Camp at Sea covers all types of subjects and hobbies, making sure every kid (no matter their interests), feels entertained and engaged during their family cruise.

Activities are provided for children and teens 3-17. Children must be fully potty trained (no diapers or pull-ups) to participate.
Camp at Sea is open to all children ages 3 to 12, who are potty-trained. The Camp at Sea is open from 9:00am - 10:00pm daily. A Slumber Party from 10:00pm - 1:00am is offered nightly on a sign-up basis.

In-suite babysitting services are available for guests of The Retreat on a first come, first served basis at a nominal fee of $30 per hour. Children must be twelve (12) months old or older to be eligible for in-stateroom babysitting. One (1) parent/legal guardian is required to be on board the vessel while the child is under the supervision of a babysitter. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Smoking

For your comfort and enjoyment, Celebrity ships are designated as non-smoking; however, Celebrity Cruises recognize that some of the guests smoke. Therefore, cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, casino, theater, lounge, hallway, elevator, or corridor. This policy includes smoking-like products such as electronic cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom, nor on any stateroom veranda. If you are in violation of this policy, a cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to your SeaPass^® account and you may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy. Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard
